Whenever possible, we recommend letting the business owner know that someone from Copper Code USA will be reaching out.
2. We Contact the Business
Our team will connect with your referral, learn more about their business, and determine which Copper Code USA services may be the right fit.
There is no pressure on you to sell our services or manage the relationship.
3. Your Referral Becomes a Client
A referral is considered successful once the referred business signs a service agreement and submits the required initial payment.
4. You Receive Your Referral Reward
Once the client’s initial payment has cleared, Copper Code USA will issue your referral commission according to the program terms.
Referral Commission
Referral partners can earn:
10% of the Referred Client’s Initial Project
Referral commissions are based on the amount paid toward the client’s initial approved project, up to a maximum referral payout of $2,500 per client.
Examples:
- A $3,000 project earns a $300 referral commission
- A $5,000 project earns a $500 referral commission
- An $8,000 project earns an $800 referral commission
- A $15,000 project earns a $1,500 referral commission
- A $25,000 project earns the maximum $2,500 referral commission
Referral commissions apply to the client’s first project only unless a separate partner agreement is established.

Do I need to sell Copper Code USA’s services?

Yes. There is no limit to the number of qualified businesses you may refer.
What happens if someone has already contacted Copper Code USA?
The referral must be a new lead that is not already in active communication with Copper Code USA.
If the business is already in our database, has previously requested a proposal, or is currently discussing services with our team, the referral may not qualify.
What if more than one person refers the same business?
The referral commission will generally be awarded to the first person who submitted the qualified referral through the official referral form.
Are recurring services included?
The referral commission applies only to the referred client’s initial project or initial service agreement unless otherwise approved in writing.
Monthly advertising spend, third-party platform costs, hosting fees, software fees, printing costs, and other pass-through expenses are not included when calculating referral commissions.
How will I receive payment?
Approved referral commissions may be paid by check, electronic payment, or another payment method selected by Copper Code USA.
Referral partners may be required to provide appropriate tax information before payment is issued.
Referral Program Terms
To qualify for a referral commission:
- The referral must be submitted through the official Copper Code USA referral form before the referred business contacts or contracts with Copper Code USA.
- The referred business must be a new lead and must not already be an existing client or active prospect.
- The referred business must sign a service agreement and submit the required initial payment.
- The client’s payment must successfully clear and remain nonrefundable under the applicable service agreement.
- Referral commissions are calculated from the amount Copper Code USA receives for the client’s initial project, excluding taxes, advertising budgets, software, hosting, printing, media costs, subcontracted services, and other third-party expenses.
- Referral commissions are limited to a maximum of $2,500 per referred client unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
- Referral commissions do not apply to future projects, recurring services, renewals, upgrades, or additional purchases unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
- Self-referrals, duplicate referrals, fraudulent submissions, and referrals involving misleading or unauthorized representations are not eligible.
- Referral partners are independent participants and are not employees, agents, representatives, or authorized salespeople of Copper Code USA.
- Referral partners may not make promises, guarantees, pricing commitments, or contractual representations on behalf of Copper Code USA.
- Copper Code USA reserves the right to determine referral eligibility, modify the program, reject a referral, or discontinue the program at any time.
- Participation in the program constitutes acceptance of these terms.
